Election Guidelines
- He/She must be member of PCAPI-7 for at least 3 years
- He/She must file a Certificate of Candidacy. Nomination at the Floor will not be allowed.
- He/She must be present during the election. In case of urgent matter beyond his/her control, a letter should be submitted to the Comelec for consideration.
- He/She must be of good moral character that can be defined as follows;
a. He/she has not use the organization for personal gains.
b. He/she has not represented the organization without the authority or concurrence of the President.
c. He/she must settle any pending financial account or liquidations with the organization. Election will be through secret balloting - Highest 15 candidates will be declared winner and become directors. All directors are eligible to become president, however due to the importance of the presidency; those who have intention in becoming president should declare its intention through a Certificate of Candidacy.
- Candidate president should prepare a platform on how he/she will manage the organization.
- Candidate will discuss his/her platform in a 10-15 minutes campaign.
- Secret balloting will follow and the highest number of votes will win.
- All other candidates position will be done through verbal nomination, secret balloting will also be done.
