In light of the recent updates on the COVID-19 outbreak in the Philippines and in conjunction with the Presidential Proclamation No 922 declaring State of Public Health Emergency and the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force to temporarily prohibit mass gatherings, PCAPI-7 and the PCAPI-7 Foundation hereby compelled to postpone the 1st PCAPI-7 and PCAPI-7 Foundation 7.5 Eco-Mile Run slated on March 15, 2020 in celebration to PCAPI-7’s 40th Anniversary. As the organizers, PCAPI-7 prioritize the health and safety of their runners, partners and staff in the face of this challenge. This is also in cooperation to the global and national efforts in minimizing the potential spread of this dreaded disease.
PCAPI-7 however to commit to push through with the run as soon as the situation becomes more manageable and upon securing clearance from relevant government agencies.
